The Township office is headed by the mayor of Cimei, assisted by one secretary. 
The Township office comprises General Affairs Section, Civil Affairs Section, Social Affairs Section, Finance and Economics Section, Accounting and Statistics Section, and a Personnel officer. 
There are two centers: Senior Citizen's Activity Center and Digital Center in the township office, it also has a township library and a cultural exhibition hall.
Besides that, an ossuary and a cleaning unit are included in the office as well.
